Context

Like many designers, the way I work and create impact has evolved significantly since Opus 4.8. I started my career following the traditional product design process. You know the drill.

Now, armed with the understanding of the user and the business, I build jigs to uncover edge cases. I prototype rapidly with real data and production components. I add debug menus to switch between versions. Then I live with the work, I use it daily and continue to share it with people until a direction feels right.

Then, I send engineers the branch.

For now, humans are still better at managing complex code structures.

I have work from before this era that took weeks or months of research, stakeholder input, workshops and wireframes, etc. Frankly, this new way of building is more exciting, and I believe it is the right way.

This is now the work I will share with you.
